How Long Will It Take For My Glasses To Arrive?

  • Your glasses will be despatched within 3 working days of purchase.
  • An email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched with a tracking number. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered you will be left with a  notification about where you can pick the parcel up from.
  • Please see below for estimated shipping times.

Free Shipping Within The United States

 We will ship your Empire & Co Glasses anywhere in the United States free.

 All orders are sent via either USPS, DHL or UPS and will be delivered within 3 -7 days after being despatched.

 If you would like your glasses to be delivered sooner we can organise Express Shipping at an additional cost of $5.95 - Please tick the 'Express Shipping' box when at checkout.

 Express Post will be between 2-4 days.

 

International Shipping

 We can ship your Empire & Co glasses to anywhere in the world.

 Free standard shipping is offered to United States.

 You will receive an email after you have purchased your Empire & Co glasses with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your delivery.

 All shipping times below are an estimate only as shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions and peak times of the year

 Any taxes or duties imposed by individual countries outside of Australia is not included in the sale price of your Empire & Co glasses or other products.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem, that happens and we want to you to be 100% happy with your Empire & Co :) You can exchange or return your Empire & Co's for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

If your Empire & Co's don't suit your face or the size isn't right, maybe consider exchanging them for another style. Alternatively email us at hello@empireandco.com for some style suggestions :)

Your right to exchange or return is subject to the following conditions:

 

 We receive the product from you within 30 days of purchase. Please allow sufficient return shipping time.
 The product is in new and resalable condition.
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange your pair of glasses to us
 We will only refund a maximum of 2 pairs per order. For example, if you order 3 pairs and return 2, that's perfectly fine. However, if you order 4 or more we will still only be able to refund maximum 2.
 If you exchange a pair of Empire & Co’s and then return them for a refund – a $7.50 postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
 If exchanging your glasses for another pair, we will pay for the new pair to be shipped to you :). You can exchange your Empire & Co's up to 2 times, however we will only pay for the return postage of the first exchanged pair. If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made. 

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

 

Lost Package

Empire & Co is not responsible for lost or damage package during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such. 

 

Faulty Goods

If your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. That includes that we will refund your payment or exchange or repair the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs.
